At BlueLightShieldForKids.com, operated by Milani Enterprises, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your blue light blocking glasses, we offer a straightforward refund and return process that is fair to both you and our business.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of products that meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including protective case and any accessories).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.
  • The product has not been tampered with or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged.
  • Products that are returned without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request.” In the email, include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the address for returning the product.
  3. Ship the Product: Once your return is approved, please carefully package the product and send it to the return address we provide. Ensure it is in its original packaging and include your order confirmation or proof of purchase in the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product.
  • An error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow time for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside South Africa, you are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with the return. Please ensure you follow the return instructions we provide carefully to avoid delays in processing your return.
